Refund & Return Policy

Refund/Return Policy on New/Sealed Video Games, Consoles, and Accessories:

  • A return must be done within 14 calendar days from the date purchased.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused.

If all conditions above are met, an item is eligible for a return. The item may be refunded back to the credit card used (or original method of payment) minus a 15% restocking fee.  

Used Consoles, Games, and Accessories.

  • All used consoles, games and accessories are EXCHANGE ONLY. Any non-working items may be exchanged for another of the same item for up to 14 days.

If there is no suitable exchange the item will be refunded in the form of a gift card.

  • Upon request, we test items in store before purchase. Items tested in store will not be covered under our Return and Refund Policy.

Refund/Return Policy on Trading Cards, Collectibles and D&D Merchandise:

  • All sales of trading cards and trading card accessories, collectibles and D&D merchandise, including books and other accessories, are final.

    Collectible items include but are not limited to: Funko POPs, figurines and plushes.

    Trading card accessories include, but are not limited to: deck boxes, sleeves, playmats and binders.

Refund/Return Policy on Discounted Items or Items Sold on Sale:

  • All sales of discounted items or items purchased during a sale are exchange only. No cash refunds.

  • To be eligible for a return, the items must follow the guidelines highlighted above.

All Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges require a Receipt.

ALL TRADES ARE FINAL!
